Jürgen Artmann
Jürgen Artmann is co-founder of Accso - Accelerated Solutions GmbH. Since then, he has held various positions as Managing Director and is currently Head of Sales. He is also a senator in the Senate of Economy Germany and is involved in the Sustainable Economy Commission, particularly in the Business Case Sustainability working group.
Jürgen Artmann wants to make the world a little bit better with software. It is therefore not surprising that Accso realizes many software products that make the lives of our customers and their customers easier or even significantly better. Many of these software products contribute to the 17 goals of the United Nations and their importance has been incorporated into Accso's way of thinking and acting.
In addition, Jürgen Artmann believes that modern company management is important: autonomous teams and employees who find a place where they enjoy working. How to design, organize and further develop a modern company organization is the second area in which he would describe himself as a passionate protagonist.
Above all, sustainability and employee satisfaction must be brought into balance with customer requirements. He is happy to share his many years of experience in balancing this.
Originally trained at a Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, Jürgen Artmann entered the world of work as a very young business IT graduate. Positions with three previous employers (Johns Manville Europe, P&I AG and Capgemini sd&m AG) led him through IT organization, software development, software design and specialist IT consulting to management.
Jürgen Artmann lives privately in Frankfurt and Strasbourg and works as an author alongside his professional life.
