Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct is based on our company's core values: efficiency and progressiveness, respect and appreciation, trust and reliability, straightforwardness and openness, cohesion and belonging, as well as dependability and security.
"From many years of experience, we know that it is first and foremost the people who make us successful and that it is the workplace culture we live and experience that motivates these people and convinces them to work in a people-oriented company. It is therefore our task as company management to preserve our culture where it is already excellent, but also to continuously develop it further in order to take account of current changes in society and our business."Prof. Dr. Markus VoßFounder Accso
